Consultant and trainer in Communication, Ceremonial and Protocol, Office and Events Management, develops training, teaching and consulting projects in various public and private companies in Portugal, Angola and Brazil, since 2006. Cristina began her professional career in 1986, in the luxury sector, and then in 1989 joined the team of a large Portuguese business group, for 22 years. In May 2017, Cristina was responsible, in the Shrine of Fatima, Portugal, for the Protocol of Pope Francis Visit. In this institution, she served as Head of Hospitality Department, between September 2017 and August 2019. With a Master in “Communication Sciences” from Portuguese Catholic University, Cristina has also two postgraduate courses in Business Consulting and Image, Protocol and Events Management by ISLA | Lisbon Campus, an Expert in Protocol from Madrid International School of Protocol, a degree from Lisbon University Autonoma (in Modern Languages and Literatures) and another from the European Secretarial Academy in Office Management, in addition to several Protocol and Image training courses, got in Spain, Belgium and Brazil. Author of the book “Manual of Business Protocol”, published by the Catholic Publishing University, in October 2014 and May 2016, also collaborates regularly with the press, writing about Protocol and Etiquette.
