With more than twenty years of international experience in the luxury and high luxury hotel sector, Sylvia has always stood out for her work in the Accommodation Area, where she has developed professionally, working for relevant Hotel Chains such as Meliá Hotels International, Hilton, Intercontinental and Sheraton, both in Europe and the United States.

She has extensive training in Housekeeping from the School of Hotel Management and Tourism of Madrid, in addition to specialization courses in Hotel Management, Costs and Budgets, Interior Design, Hotel Protocol and Feng Shui applied to luxury, carried out in Spain, Holland and the United States.

Sylvia has a long trajectory as a teacher of Housekeeping and Tourism English courses, as well as great experience in hotel openings, with excellent organizational skills, quality supervision and human resources management.
