Juanan has more than ten years of experience as a trainer, as a freelance and at his own Academy, Drinksmotion Mallorca.Where he worked as trainer during many years. He has designed the course of  Cocktails Service for YBA.

He is Vice President of the Balearic Barmen Association (ABB) and has developed his professional career in the most prestigious hotels and restaurants in the Balearic Islands, highlighting his work as External Catering Maitre of Andreu Genestra (* Michelín, * Bib Gourmand * Sol Repsol) . Therefore, he has been a national cocktail jury and he is one of the benchmarks in the dissemination and teaching of everything related to the Food & Beverage department, specialized in bar and cocktail services.

Collaborator in various media specialized in the sector . Also he has written some articles in Hosteltur and Shaking the present, being a regular on several radio programs in the Balearic Islands.
