Carmen lives with dedication and passion her way of seeing life through her cuisine, developing her skills as Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine for over 20 years. Her experience has been forged on land and sea, also working for years in private luxury yachts, medium and large length.
Trained with internationally renowned professionals such as Martín Berasategui and Mario Sandoval, Carmen specializes in large-scale events for important companies and high-level private meetings.
Her organizational skills, her ability to work under pressure and at the same time create a good atmosphere, has made her professional career, in restaurants, yachts and private villas, highly valued by clients, guests and colleagues.
