We are honoured to introduce Yachting Butler Academy (YBA), a pioneer in the training in SPANISH & ENGLISH of professionals working in the luxury yachting industry.

Our teaching is geared towards interior crews of yachts and mega yachts, both private and charter at an international level; Butlers and Guest Experience Managers of L/GL hotels (luxury and grand luxury), as well as Executive Personal Assistants (EPA), Property Managers and other staff working in villas and private properties.

The main objective of our TRAINING is to provide our students with the knowledge, competencies and skills necessary to perform their jobs.

We also carry out personalised RECRUITMENT of crew members, Captains, Deckhands, Chefs, Chief Stewardesses, Hostesses and Stewards, as well as professionals for luxury environments, who offer a service with discretion, confidentiality and know-how.
